I’m very frustrated. I was trying to work with the manager to resolve the fact that they kept charging me the monthly fee while they were closed. They are refunding part of it but claim they lost my freeze paperwork for May which I filled out right when they opened and physically turned it in. New ownership is the only thing that could save this terrible location.
The front desk is always polite, efficient and helpful. What I wouldn’t recommend is going with any old therapist. The last few therapists I’ve had have not been up to standard. The one I went to today was just weird. He never lowered the table at the end of my session, and I almost fell off. He never removed the knee booster and it was awkward to get up. RecommendedHave been coming to this location for years now, highly recommend. Favorite masseuses are Ellis & Justin whom is new but amazing! I always leave so relaxed 😌

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Therapists are good. Unfortunately, they upcharge and don't give credit when you pay in advance. I pay monthly and have a large credit with Massage Envy, but they will not apply my credit to a massage charge. DO NOT sign up for a membership. I will NEVER return and would not recommend this spa to anyone.
HORRIBLE customer service! I came in on Saturday after booking and confirming appointments for my fiance and I. When I booked the appointment, I told the front desk person that it was a surprise and everything should be under my phone number. I was told that was no problem. We arrived and were told that there was a message left on my phone saying that a staff member didn't show up and they couldn't help me.
