The worst mistake ever was getting a membership here. They bait you in then when it's time to use your accrued massages....it is always a problem. Every attempt to get a massage scheduled is a sressor in itself.
This particular location is very quaint and they have excellent customer service. I can walk from my place, which makes it even better.
9/30 was my very first time having a massage and I was lucky enough to have Crystal as my therapist. She was amazing! I will definitely be back for monthly sessions with her.
I'm sad to report that massage envy Westheimer @ Gessner cheated me out of a $50 gift card! I called to complain and spoke with Katie, the "area director" and explained what happened but she was unwilling to make it right. It wasn't my fault that her employee chose to use a gift card that would not expire and not use One that had a short expiration date. I guess they just don't need customers that bad!
