I can’t recommend them due to severe injury by a therapist and they held my membership until I could recover. When I called I was told they deleted them. So they stole 13 massages from me while I still try and get my life back. So they have 780.00 of my money. A friend of mine was sexually assaulted so I would stay away.
This place steals your money and gives half-assed massages. Don’t go!
The company cons you into a membership lies to you, and then when you try to cancel they will not allow you to cancel. I have tried numerous times to reach out to Christine the owner of the Westchester location and she is very unresponsive. At this point I believe she is training her staff to dodge calls and just steal your money. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company! They are a bunch of crooks!
The actual service was great but when I went to check out they charged me the wrong amount and ran out after me to tell me they made a mistake. I told them this is the same price i paid last month and they argued with me and told me I must have gotten the service done at another location. THEN they charged my card three times and still claimed it would go through...they claimed they refunded me and they did not. It was a HORRIBLE experience. There was a mistake with payment at the end of the transaction. When trying to rectify it three different people including the owner and manager said there was NOTHING they could do about it. for the past two years i would get my daughter a gift certificate for her birthday and specifically state I DO NOT want a membership. This year 2017 I did it again however they started a membership. I called and spoke with the staff , they said the manager would call me. This started in January 2018, I have called multiple times ,have only received one return call and yet still I am being charged for a membership I didn't asked for.
