RecommendedBest Massage Envy in Indy.
Four times I have been called and they cancelled t the last minute. This morning Comments were made that they had called 2 days before but conveniently my phone number did not work, but yet an hour before my message , they contact me . The massages are good, but to rely on an appointment and the way you are approached is terrible customer service.
I love the full body stretch and deep tissue massage. I have been a member for about 4 years. It’s a busy place and I find that it is hard to get an appointment. Otherwise I would have given them five stars
I have been a member at this site for well over 4 years and I always have a positive experience. Cindy has been doing my massages for almost all of those years and she always knows just how to help me.

Bill is the most amazing massage therapist! I have been with him for five years and he customizes services to meet my needs. He is the reason I stay at Massage Envy!
The bad review is d/t front desk customer service, the management team, and the financial servicing. This is the most unprofessional Massage Envy site I have worked with, and unfortunately have no desire to continue my membership with any location because of this.
