I’ve called multiple times a day for the past week and NO ONE would answer the phone to cancel a membership. Not sure what’s going on but it’s bad business to continuously charge a card and not answer to help use appointments. I was soo skeptical of going to a chain and I will never be back!

I go every month and I have a great experience every time. Usually see Mary Ann but also have had a massage/stretch with Wendy who is equally as awesome! Highly recommended. Helpful hint... make appointments for the months ahead and you will not have problems getting your desired time. You know it is good if appointments are tough to get! �
I had a 90 minute facial with Tonya on yesterday and she is AWESOME!! I always ask for Tonya for my facial appointments.
