I'm sure many of you who have gotten a facial from Jeannie can agree that it's hard to not fall completely asleep from the relaxing zone she puts you in. She's truly gifted at what she does and I can't wait to get another! My skin (and my "self") needed some extra TLC and I appreciate it so much! Everyone needs some "Me" time this holiday season!
This particular establishment is very mismanaged. The front desk staff are unprofessional at best. Being a MT myself since 1999 I would not recommend this particular ME to anyone who is looking for an ethical, professional, therapeutic session.
Bad business practices !!! I went there with my wife and had a couples massage gift card . No monetary value just said couples massage she had paid for the service . When we were leaving they tried charging her another 32 dollars !!! Just because your prices go up it's not our problem . My wife paid for a service .
I have been a client at this location since they opened in Waltham. I have chronic pain due to two back surgeries. I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. The front desk staff is always pleasant when I check in and out. The spa is always clean and quiet so that you fully enjoy your experience. I can't say enough about my therapist Daria. She is wonderful! She is so attentive and focuses on my problem areas. I always leave feeling much better than when I walk in. I would recommend this spa to anyone.
I used to go to this location all the time. However, they have a hard time holding on to good massage therapists and their aesthetician, Michelle, left after a work injury. I also had difficulty making appointments due to lack of therapists. It's been about a year since I've been there so I hope things have improved.
