Had a great massage from Luis today! Very last minute booking of an appointment and they were very accommodating. Wish I lived closer I'd book again in a heart beat.
I usually go to the Lincoln ri massage envy and they are fabulous I was in the area and went to Walpole worst decision. My massage therapist was awful complete waste of money she smelled of cigarettes which was disgusting. She didn't drape me properly and at one point she exposed my boob! I was not happy. I was so frustrated and uncomfortable so unprofessional I have reached out twice and have yet to get a response! I will never go back to the Walpole location!

Horribly unprofessional. They made my boyfriend keep his shirt on for his massage. That is not a real massage, we did not get what we paid for.
Wish I could give it a zero. Horrible experience had two massages scheduled and they were both cancelled three hours before. So unprofessional and the manager didn't do anything to accommodate us. I have never had a massage cancelled never mind so last minute. Will never book another appointment there. Massage Elements in Mansfield is awesome. Not impressed, don't know how they run a business canceling appointments. They should have a backup massage therapist on hand to cover.
