Pros: Staff is friendly and professional. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Mike, the manager, is very accommodating and works with you if there is a scheduling conflict. Had several massages by different staff and all were good except one (see cons below). However, Brad is THE BEST! I have been a massage envy client for over 7 years. I had accumulated many hours which I can't use due to being told numerous times they are booked for the slots I was interested in. I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner isn't available however there is a manager Chelsea . I expressed to Chelsea the frustration I had with not being able to book an appointment. Do not have services as stated. Refuse to transfer credits. You can’t get out without loosing $$$$
Myself and my wife signed up for a couples massage package at the grovecity location. It was a one year membership and 17 months has went by now they are still taking money from our account. We signed up February of 2020. We have not received services to date for the money they are taking. Totalling $1920. They cancel when we make appointments and it takes months to get appointments. I have serious back problems and was looking for some one who really knew how to treat my issues. Massage Envy was just what I was looking for. I walked out of there with no pain for the first time in 6 years. It's an answer to prayer. I was treated wonderfully and I am including Massage Envy on my care plan to stay mobile. I'm 60 and was a nurse for 40 years. My back is in such a mess I had almost given up. Now I have HOPE ♥️😀♥️
I had a 90 min massage from Peri, She was super professional. Amount of relaxation that occurs to your body in 90 mins is amazing. I have been here before but hands down the best massage I have had in months!
