Went in for a lymphatic drainage massage after my surgery..I called ahead to make sure this type of service was provided..I was assured YES..I came in, filled the questionnaire, got undressed and went thru another series of questions with the actual masseuse. I felt her uncertainty and asked point blank while still butt naked, if she cant do it,then dont..she agreed.🙄 I got my naked behind dressed and left. Thanks for the waste of time.
I think I was kinda scammed in someway TBH. I booked a 60 minutes massage and received only 40 mins. I was delayed by 5 minutes and did ask at the reception is it ok and if I can still take the whole session. Further they took around 10 minutes to fill in some stupid paper work as they call it which is actually ‘paperless’ and an employee kinda does it for you. The Viera location is good and clean. Front desk has been sweet as well. My review is more for the massage therapist Amanda. She is just fabulous. So glad I have found her. She is very attentive and so sweet. She makes sure to check in with you to make sure pressure is good.
I saw the reviews and thought that maybe they were niche problems but there should be no reason why I make an appt as a first time massage and cancel it less than 24 hours later and I’m still told I may be charged a ‘cancellation fee’. Which, mind you, was not disclosed anywhere in the booking page nor anywhere in the website. Impossible to book with any of the better skilled therapists. I can’t even get in even when trying to book a couple months in advance! I would like to cancel my membership but I’ll lose all my built up massages that I have unless I can somehow schedule massages, but again, it is impossible unless I book with a beginner therapist or the guy that doesn’t use hands when he massages, just elbows and forearms lol. So I’m stuck. I will just have to cancel and lose the built up massages.
