Had a horrible experience,my moms appointment wasn’t booked properly. I understand mistakes happen but the general manager was extremely rude and ulgy. My mom sat in her car while I got my massage ,which was not relaxing at all no faultTo the therapist, because the GM made her feel uncomfortable to sit in the lobby.
This place is run by a manager named Bonnie who scams customers and takes advantage of her employees. Whatever you do- do not sign a contract with them (she trains them specifically to say it's not a contract but it is a legally binding document). They do not care about their customers or employees here. My sister worked here for a few months and went above and beyond and was treated terribly by majority of the staff and by the manager Bonnie. RecommendedThe customer service here in noticeably impeccable. Their calls to update us are always so upbeat. Tenesa called today and she was just beyond excellent with her customer service. Also, Evan is a great therapist for firm pressure.
It was an amazing day the massage therapist was awesome she did a very good job I will recommend her any day

I would highly recommend Journea, I hope its spelled correctly.She gets the job done.She don't do alot of talking.I don't like the missus to keep talking the whole session.I cant relax if you going,ask for her you won't be disappointed..😘😘😘
