I had problems with them too! They didn't honor gift cards for 1 hr massages that I purchased from them a few years ago. They continued to take money from them claiming it was due to price increases! They had my money for the years but sure didn't pay interest! I should have received the services that I paid for. These rules weren't shared with me when they gladly excepted my money! Very poor business practices, I do not recommend anyone to conduct business with them.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. How much do I hate the Vancouver locations (I do not feel this way about other locations in other states)? I could write a book about the bad business practices and bait and switch policies. Currently because of a new policy, I'm now charged extra (aka penalized for signing up in another state years ago) for trying to use my services. After being a member here for over 10 years, I am extremely disappointed with the service, the people and the constant cancellations of appointments. They book non-members over members and it is near impossible to get a re-book when they cancel your appointment. They re-booked 1 massage 4 different times and then they cancelled it on me.
