I canceled my membership in March had 60 days to use the 6 prepaid sessions I had left. I had them all scheduled when Covid hit and all 6 sessions were canceled. I completely understand why. But when they reopened and started scheduling again I was not comfortable coming in, and asked for a refund. RecommendedI love M.E. Verona I was recommended from family member to visit and see Yhundra. I travel ALOT and back pain is always an issue. I went and seen her and told her my main issue and she focused on that while giving me a very relaxing massage without putting me in more pain.. it was absolutely the best I've have in a very long time.

would give this zero stars if I could. I've been a member of massage envy in Hoboken for five years and had wonderful experiences. Moved to Verona and tried this location... it was more like an amateur chiropractor rather than a massage. I have more pain than relief. Least relaxing experience I've ever had.
