I am very displeased with this Massage Envy location. First they scammed me into signing up for the 12 month membership, and wouldn't let me cancel my account seamlessly. I moved from this location shortly after signing up for this membership. I have visitied locations all around Atlanta, GA and have had spectacular customer service. Now at the end of my services here I have to contact the original location in order to cancel my account. Very Pushy – My husband got me a gift certificate to get a massage and I could not hardly get out of the door without allot of sales pressure and the massage was not what I wanted either. I would not go back and I would not recommend them at all
