As much as I love getting pampered...I was surprised by the remodel of the lobby area. My one star review is for the remodel. The new counter is really tall and I felt cut off from the receptionist and found it difficult to communicate with her. Seemed cold and not cozy like it was before. I hope accommodations were made for the employees comfort and ergonomics?
Really bothered that I wasn't told they switched me from my regular therapist to someone else until my massage was starting. Not cool.
