I have been a loyal client for four years (or so). Due to COVID I have accumulated an abundance number of massage credits, as I didn’t realize I could freeze my account during that season. Absolutely Amazing service.
I was looking to purchase a gift certificate for my friend valued at $120. I attempted the purchase, and received an error message on the website. I reattempted this 6 times, wondering what "processing error" was causing the issue. Guess who has $720 in charges to sort out tomorrow..... POOR WEBSITE. I have contacted customer service and my bank. This BETTER get sorted out.
