Very poor management! Due to COVID-19 they closed down and told me that I will stay on staff and they would contact me when they are opening up again and let me know the schedule. I tried numerous times to get ahold of somebody to see when they will be opening again. I never got a response. After I had heard they were open I called in to see what the deal was. I would give them zero stars if I could!! They charged me a "no-show" fee for a 3:00 appointment when I scheduled my appointment for 6:00! I never received a confirmation email or phone call! When I called to speak to someone I spoke to the Assistant Manager Roxy who was rude and condescending. She was of no help and said that they don't send out confirmation emails for same day appointments which in talking with the Director of Operations turned out to be a lie! She even said that they would normally waive a "no-show" fee b... read more

So I was really excited to go to Massage Envy Sicklerville location to get a 90 minute massage. This was my first time at a Massage Envy and first time for a 90 minute massage. Terrible service and a sub par location! They talk to you like you are beneath them and do not value your business. I have been a member for a long time and they do not care about any of that when it comes to making things right!

I have never been so infuriated over a companies complete lack of professionalism. I had planned my day around the massage that I was going to be getting at Massage Envy of Slingerlands at 2:45 today. The woman I spoke to on the phone when initially scheduling was very pleasant and helpful. Today, when I showed up for my massage 15 minutes early as recommended everything went down hill. They have really turned things around here from 7 months again!! I am so glad I have returned back to the LB location cause it's really so much more convenient and the staff is great. 90 minute facials are highly recommended and book with Cheryl or Shannon or Averi!! As for massage- I have yet to be disappointed and honestly any all of them are very good. If you can get in with Sarah, Jessica or Denise than I suggest grabbing that appointment asap!!
