Brought my mama and sister. Both had wonderful experiences as did I. The staff are highly skilled professionals who's attention to personal service is exceeded only by their kindness.
This location is the worst Message Envy I have ever been to. They never have any appointments available-ever. I submitted my paperwork 4 months ago for transfer. Followed up 2 months ago and was told it takes months to go through. Wrote corporate to complain and heard nothing! Many times I cant get through on the phone and get put to voice mail. The facials are very good, but the massages are average at best. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
