The receptionists are very rude! The owner does not want to listen to complaints. Very poor customer service!
Horrible establishment! They have raised their rates yet again. Very expensive for what you get. Most of the therapists are very unexperienced and, the only good therapists they had have all left. when my husband and I tried to cancel our memberships we went through hell with the owner trying to get our payments to stop auto drafting and had to have multiple arguments with her about reimbursing us for a charge that we had never used.
