My mother and I have been members with Massage envy since 2009. We had enjoyed several nice massages and so joined the club. That was the WRONG MOVE. They will screw you over!! I had 18 prepaid massages that I can’t get reimbursed for and use because I simply forgot to update my debit card so they cancelled my membership claiming that I cancelled my membership which I never did! They must have it in writing to cancel a membership which they never had!! Then they claimed they couldn’t find me in their state and claimed that I had signed up at the lake Oswego location which I never had signed up there!! This occurred at least 2yrs ago!! I just called at 5:17pm on Sunday and their voicemail is coming on saying they are currently closed. This site and their website clearly say they close at 7pm on Sunday's. I can never reach them or get appointments when I want.
