I really did enjoy my membership. There are excellent massage therapists there, but the membership system can just leave you screwed out of services if you’re not incredibly careful.I moved out of the area and there are no Massage Envy’s near me. RecommendedTruly a relaxing experience. I went in because I had stiffness and pain in my neck, back and shoulders. Very clean environment with air purifiers in all rooms as well as hallways. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Taylor at the front desk was friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough collecting my information. Stick with Hand & Stone. This massage envy has the most disgusting and rude staff. I came in to setup an appointment and witnessed a front desk employee arguing with someone and then proceeding to speak negatively about customers with the manager. I honestly dont know what the criteria for getting a job there is? is it being disgusting, is it being nasty to customers? place should clean house and maybe they'd be busier. again. go to hand and stone.
Michelle C. has been doing my massages for several months now and I am very pleased. She is very caring and its obvious she loves what she does. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. I walk in there every month sore and aching and leave there feeling like a new person, I can actually walk without pain after my massage.
I have been seeing Chris B for two years now and he has made a dramatic difference in my back, shoulder and knee pain. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listens to what I need focus on the most. Everyone at this salon is always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Chris B and this salon to anyone who is looking for a great experience.
