Disappointed. I wanted to treat myself with a massage and soothe some aches and pains in my neck and spine. I booked a massage and chose firm pressure (one down from the hardest massage type). I know it’s all personal preference but what I received was more like a skin rub. That man did more passes over my skin than gouges into my muscle. I see Kathryn month for a massage subscription that my husband bought me. I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other massage envy locations in other states and never got the high quality massage like I get at the Titusville location!
I have a membership here so I am locked in for a year. I can see why they do this. I've been having massages for decades and what I receive here is very amateur. I've also had stretches and facials. I don't have anything exceptional to say about any of them. Disappointed would be my best description.
Alise is a HIGHLY skilled therapist. Her unique techniques are delightfully *special*. I can't wait to book with her again! She truly gives a phenomenal massage
