I called the DAY BEFORE to make sure that my prepaid massage was showing up on my account. I was told that I was "good to go". Come out from my massage and am told that it "expired" and that I needed to pay. I was also told that it was not their problem (which it is...considering I called less than 24 hours before my appt and was assured that everything was set). Be prepared for some big attitudes from the front desk employees when you have to pay for THEIR mistake. DO NOT come to this location.

Really horrible customer service. I was extremely ill with a stomach bug and they actually told that they'd prefer I come in and get everyone sick as opposed to waiving the cancellation fee. I guess I was supposed to know I was going to get this sick. I'm a member and have never late canceled before, so you'd think that maybe some consideration would be given, but nope...oh well..sorry when you all get sick!
My first facial experience was absolutely beautiful and relaxing thank you to Ms Shyreece for her excellent service
