I loved this place since the moment I went for the first time. Everyone was very friendly and my Facial Specialist Betty is the best!!!

I've gone through a few therapist but Leslie has definitely been the best .. the girls in the front are all very friendly and attentive :)
Very dissatisfied today. Had a day planned for myself and 2 other friends for a 12pm appointment, only to find out after driving 30 min to get there, that my tech called out and they didn't have anything else available. No phone call to me to let me know, no attempt at compensation for the tremendous inconvenience seeing as how I told the rep that we all took a day off work for us to have our day and time together. Extremely unprofessional. A day wasted due to lack of professionalism.

Don't become a member at this location, the girls in the front do a poor job at explaining what the "agreement" is. I was misinformed that I could cancel simply when I didn't want the membership anymore. I was lied and deceived and ended up stuck for a year. My contract ended in august and they make it impossible for you to cancel, I've gone in person twice and tried to cancel and ended up wrapped in another scheme about freezing your account and got charged for another month! Guillermo is a great therapist. I have been a customer for years and have gone through a few therapists and each of them has been really good. Friendly receptionists. I also recommend the facials. Definitely worth coming here.
