My massage was great, shout out to Jena and Yuri, facial was excellent, Julia is the best, customer service was horrible, (reason for the 2 stars) too long of a story to post. Spoke with manager Angela she was terrific, she rectifed the situation, then this other manager Amy was horrible, she called and made it worse, now i know why the customer service was horrible, under Amy's supervision.
I love this place so much, it has really helped with my chronic pain. Also... Team Dennis �
I love the customer service receptionists, especially Jennifer, and careful attention I get from my therapist Yuri. Really feel valued as a member.
