As if it's not bad enough to show up for an appointment, only to wait 15 minutes remind them that you're there for them to say that the person who was supposed to be giving you a facial wasn't supposed to be there in the 1st place due to a family emergency. RecommendedSince Jessica left, I have been struggling to find someone who does my massages the way I like it. Today I had a stretch and massage session with Teniesha(not sure if I spelled her correct) and I wasn't disappointed; her stretch and massage session is the best I had to date. Also the receptionists are always polite, helpful and professional. Thanks again for providing quality service.

Awesome experience. 5+ stars. I had a deep tissue massage, the lady worked out my knots in the shoulder and neck area. I’ll be going there a lot. 🤗
Therapists are great! Front office staff is struggling. We've been clients at least 4 years. The past year has convinced us we need to cancel our membership. We've had SEVERAL appointments get cancelled or requested to reschedule last minute. However, the staff insists that we schedule out appointments for the next several months- only to call just before the next appointment to cancel or reschedule. What's the point?!
