I was running late. It was a pleasant surprise to learn they rescheduled me so the hour started on my arrival . Winnie does a fabulous cranio sacral thing then full body. The following morning I woke feeling like my whole body was breathing with new muscles as nerves all over! I’m scheduling my next session with Winnie.

I walked in feeling tight and stiff, left feeling loose and flexible. I gained knowledge on how to maintain flexibility with daily stretches and what areas of my body need extra focus. I cannot wait for my next appointment. A special thanks to Denise for the wonderful enthusiasm and education.
