The staff was courteous and professional and the Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage from Tai was excellent. My massage gel was warm and it had not been on my last two visits to the Woodmore location so that was a plus. The only small complaint that I have is that there was a contractor replacing light bulbs in the tranquility room and he was extra loud talking to himself and the employees. Maybe contractors should be asked to keep loud talking to a minimum and to speak with employees in the lobby area.
The staff was friendly and professional. Also, James gave an amazing massage. Lastly, the environment was tranquil. It was my first massage but not my last.
Easy to book appointments with a friendly staff. Had two great massages by two different people. Can be a little disorganized, but otherwise I recommend this spot.
Ok massage. Just don't sign a contract. It's a trap
