This was my first time going to this location (I usually go to the Laurel or Columbia locations). It was pretty good, good masseuse, great ambiance.
Very professional and that massage was everything. Loved it.
After arriving promptly for my 90-minute massage appointment (I'm a member with monthly payments), I left after patiently waiting to be seen in the Relaxation Room for 30 minutes... HOWEVER, the Manager caught me, apologized profusely and gave me a free session.. I accepted, naturally, and promptly left. So, yes, I hated it. Getting prepared for a relaxing hour and a-half only to be kept sitting in a dark room wondering...not good��
I have never had a bad experience all the staff are great. .
