Tricked my young daughter in to signing a contract.....told her, we just talked to your mom, she wants you to sign up. Talked to the manager and told her this was a very shady way to get a kid to sign a contract. She told me there is nothing she can do, she has to honor her contract.Sleazy management and sleazy way to do business.
Wish I could give less than 1 start. I had the worst experience of my life at this location. Do not waste your time or your money. The staff is very rude and very disrespectful. I was quoted one price over the phone and charged for another. 50% more than what was told to me. The employees Tay and supervisor Beth were the ones that were very disrespectful to me. I went in last night for an appointment with Charles and he bruised my hand! I requested light pressure and I do NOT bruise easy! This is unacceptable!
RecommendedI loved my first massage so much I booked another one a few weeks after. I had some neck pain and between the massage and switching to a side sleeping pillow, I’m on the mend. Looking forward to more massages. The front desk staff was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was deciding whether to join.
continued to fraudulently charge my account (sometimes twice a month) even though it was on hold, and now refuse to assist in cancelling the account. considering reporting the fraud to the BBB

I was in town for a conference so I treated myself and my friend to a Massage and it was a great experience!
I would give zero stars to this place. Waste of time and effort. I called, made my prenatal massage appointment on the phone, and showed up. Instead of asking questions to determine if they could even see me before I showed up, I filled out the form when I got there and they say they couldn’t see me unless I get a Dr’a note. They said I could reschedule. Laughable as I am a working, pregnant mom who has no time. Clearly I will never go back here.
