They literally forgot my husband in the quiet room, I went in and out for my massage and he was still sitting there waiting. They came for me almost 10 minutes past my appointment, so he thought they were running behind. Finally after 25 minutes they noticed no one came out for him. I am more irritated than he is, we never get to do things together like this because of our work schedules. Walked in no greeting!!! Masseuse didn’t introduce herself. She was nice but very inexperienced. 1 hour was actually only 40 minutes!!! As I check out the rude unprofessional receptionist says, “Your massage today will be $55.” I said it was a gift certificate which he paid for prior because it was a gift. She replied “I know I was letting you know how much it cost”. Really? Tacky!!!! One other thing the so called relaxing music OMG!!! Nothing relaxing!!! I will stick to my masseuse at Health Reflexology!!
