I REVOKE MY 5 STAR REVIEW WHICH WAS SOLEY ABOUT MY THERAPIST TO SAY MASSAGE ENVY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR 7 MONTHS! I cancelled my membership in March of 2019 & returned my paperwork to the office. I Recieved a confirmation stating that my membership was cancelled & that I would not receive any further charges however I continued to receive charges on a pay roll debit card from the job I lost due to COVID. RecommendedIt was nice to return as I love getting a massage every month or every other month. I usually get a 90 minute deep tissue massage and sometimes I’ll add a stretch if I’ve been working out a lot. The massage therapists and staff are usually very friendly.

I see Massage Envy on South Rainbow is still continuing to bill my credit card even though I can’t get a massage for 2 months . This is wrong !!!
