Not sure how they are in Simi, but thousand oaks and the one on moorpark road are just rip offs. Corporate policy for massage envy: I was hit by a truck and unable to use my massages due to medical and the office manager would not extend the period until I could heal enough for the massages. They took my money but gave no services. The therapists are generally new and you get a better massage at the massage school. Their focus is on making money at all costs and have no concern for the customers.
