Everyone is always friendly and nice! Always make me feel like its all about me! I haven't found a massage therapist or esthetician I haven't liked! I leave refreshed and am able to be me even better after every visit! THANK YOU!
Made my appointment over two weeks ago. They confirmed my time yesterday. I go in today to be told they overbooked and my appointment was pushed back a half hour. What gives them the right to assume I have the extra time to wait. No other solutions were offered. Very disappointed. I had a massage and a facial scheduled. I received neither. I walked out!

This was amazing. I had dana who made me feel so comfortable. I loved my experience so much with the wonderful staff and great atmosphere that i signed up for the membership. Im already trying to get the money to go again before my next appointment. I would recommend this place to everyone

My husband and I get massages monthly from Massage Envy in Shorewood. We look forward to going each time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing. The massages are the best! We always request Krista and Lisa, they are both very talented massage therapist. I highly recommend them. When you leave we feel so refreshed each time!
