Last night was the first time I ever got a massage. I’ve only had brief massages in physical therapy for my shoulder in the past. I felt very welcomed when I arrived. Filling out additional information on the iPad was very easy. The massage therapy I received was excellent! My massage therapist was Kayla, and she did a wonderful job! I'm really disappointed in this company. Unexpectedly I have had a son in the hospital several months and have kindly asked if there is anyway to end my contract due to hospital bills and never being able to make appointments due to sudden events in which I cannot leave my son. They offer me no more than a "too bad". I understand it's a contract but no compassion for a tough situation.
