I have been a member for more than 5 years. I always walk away having had an excellent experience. I have had several regular therapists over the years, but Martha is my favorite. She always does an amazing job. (AndI love our banter) She knows all the right spots and what pressure to use. The girls at the front desk are friendly and attentive. I am always glad to go.

The staff members are all very professional and friendly. They are wonderful about getting me in and I've only had a wonderful experience every time I have come in.
Disappointed! I was gifted a massage by my daughter. She informed me that she terminated her membership and had 60 days to use her un-used massages. When I called I was told they would not honor my gifted massage after today. I called I asked if there was anything they could do (talked to a new guy) who spoke with a manager. Was told NO. Interestingly, I called David who is the manager of the Tualatin massage envy and explained my situation. David agreed to make it right.
I consistently receive a superior massage every single week!
