Best ever massage and service. I was pleasantly surprised bwcause sometimes it's hit or miss. Last time I couldn't get in for massage and got a facial and that was also a 10.

HORRIBLE customer service! I canceled my membership months ago due to the fact that prior to that I updated my card information BOTH in person and over the phone and it was never updated, thus I keep getting calls about a discrepancy. And then they took me to collections over not paying! I just received another call stating there’s a discrepancy on my account even though I canceled my membership the beginning of July due to the fact that my card had STILL not been updated. I’ll never recommend them to anyone ever again.
The massage therapists are great, I always get a great massage!
booked couples massage, we were placed in separate rooms, we had to go to this one because this was supposedly the only location with an opening on my wife and I's day off.
