The GM at Santa Rosa is awful. after being in an accident my friend wanted to give a few VA nurses a number of her coupons and she denied the transfer of pending coupons. The GM told her that coupons don't transfer. How sad that the GM Christine, she could not allow or honor what a member wanted only thinks about money. The transfer is easy. if a membership can't be flexible, I encourage everyone not to join.

Very relaxing and calm. I do wish they would give those warm neck pillows while you wait in the quiet room still. But I love this place and am a member and I look forward to my massages monthly. :)
The facial was good, but the front desk and manager ruined the experience with their inability to understand the concept of customer service. You advertised and sold a facial for $59.99 so don't pretend you did me any favors. If you believe Courtney handled the situation best she could you're both in the wrong business. Too many choices in Santa Rosa to ever consider massage envy again. I shouldn't have had to ask you to call me- don't bother now.
