I've been requesting them to contact me since July 2. They don't have the ability to handle account information on site so per instructed have sent three requests for a phone call to whomever can (general online form). Still waiting.....

Horrible. You cannot return gift cards, even with receipt, even at the location at which you purchased, even a day after you purchased it. You're trash, Massage Envy.

I will never use Massage Envy’s services again. They called to remind me of my appointment same day, no other follow up or forms of communication. I had a family emergency going on and I was unable to get there for the massage. I understand there’s a cancellation fee but a 100% ($100), what in the fuck. When I called and asked to have a manager call me back, no one ever returned my call. No other place I have heard of charges a cancellation fee that expensive. Had a massage last month with Maria. She was very good. Called to make another appointment with her only to be told she does not work on weekends. Funny....last time it was on a weekend. So, they put me with Daneille...she was okay.

I got a massage from Stephanie she was very nice and did a great job focusing on the areas I was having discomfort. I will for sure be scheduling a massage with her again.
