I usually like this facility, and the therapist. I recently scheduled a massage using the online scheduling. I was informed when I showed up that there was a “glitch” in the system and that it would be several days before they could reschedule me. The apology included, an excuse that this is like the 5th time this has happened. There was no resolution offered. I am considering cancelling my membership at this time.
First time massage today. Enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed afterwards.
Went today and it was amazing! Derek was great at personalizing the experience and it really made for the best results! The entire staff was warm and inviting.
