For the first time ever I'm disappointed in Massage Envy. I came in last week to schedule an appointment for today. They said it was scheduled and then I come in and they said it's not. I tried to schedule an appointment next Tuesday but said I have court in the morning so I may not make it but that's the only day I have. They said they would charge me if I cancelled same day.
