Cy is an amazing, experienced, well in tune masseuse. Very gentle but firm touch where necessary. I hope front staff can support him a little bit more to be aware of quietly sitting clients like me haha, as I don't think it was his fault that he may not have been aware I was in the waiting room. But overall wonderful service from this location. So thankful they had one last available walk in slot for me today. Will definitely be coming more often.

Elena is the best!! Finding a good deep tissue therapist who can help with chronic pain has been amazing. Highly recommend Elena's massages.
Scheduled for a self care day. I booked with Giana and this was my first time at ME. The massage therapist kept scratching herself throughout the entire massage & I found it hard to relax knowing her fingernails were scratching her dead skin cells and then put back on me- over and over again. Unprofessional and a little gross in my opinion.
