The front desk girl Viella is sooo rude!! With her condescending attitude and sneering smile. Made an appointment but had to reschedule because I got called into work. They said if they weren’t able to schedule someone else it would be a 50% charge so I got my daughter to take my place who was there before the scheduled appointment but because I didn’t save the appointment with her credit card they gave it away.
