Buyer Beware. You get what you pay for. Quality of massage is inconsistent, some were very good, some bad and creepy. My main complain is with their business practices. After receiving a gift certificate and getting a massage outside my hometown I was pressured to sign up for their services and it seemed like a good deal. Bad Experience Horrible massage experience. I felt like I was being worked on by a sweat shop employee. I left more stressed than when I arrived. Snotty front desk staff and high pressure sales tactics to join their "membership" program.
Massage Envy If you have substantiated grievances with Massage Envy as a therapist, office staff or client of one of their Franchise locations I am gathering names for a class action suit against the company. All grievances need to be substantiated----If you did NOT READ your contract and feel like you have been badly treated by their policy and want to cancel----This does NOT apply to you Best Wishes Barry Jones
I went in...Had a really good massage! The people there were really nice actually. Will be going back at least once a month to get my massages! Gotta take better care of myself! This is really close to my job so I can get my massage instead of sitting in traffic!
Extremely Dissatisfied BEWARE ??READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY-BETTER YET DON??T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH MASSAGE ENVY.. If you are going to sign a year contract be careful and make sure you read the fine print. Once you have signed a year contract there is no way they will let you out of your contract even if you are dissatisfied with the service.
