Came to get a massage with my mom, and this was my second massage I’ve had so far from Massage Envy. I left feeling way worse than when I came in. This is a postpartum massage for me so I was looking to relax but sadly that wasn’t the case. My massage therapist was a very sweet lady however her massage techniques were odd and painful. The sessions I had with Shawn were great. But, I won 6 hours of services from the NorCal Beauty Expo and had 90 minutes of services left. Apparently, in the tons of terms and conditions I signed it said the 6 hours expired on December 28th. (Are gift certificates by law allowed to expire?) I don't recall reading this or it being explained to me.
