Hit the areas I needed.exactly right amount of pressure, did stretches in appropriate area, was not chatty but professional. Gave me suggestions on stretches.
I signed up initially in Alameda, CA where I was very pleased with my Massage Envy experience and transferred my membership down to Ranch Bernardo where I have now located and hope that my experience here will be better than in Woodland Hills. So far I am very pleased by my visit yesterday.
I have seen Shelly a number of times-she never dissappoints-in fact seems to get better each visit. She always asks me if there is any special need on this visit and always seems to remember my preferences. I don't believe she ever has a "bad day". I would certainly consider her one of the most valuable employees.
My therapist consistently meets my massage needs -- when I am recovering from overtraining, when I am just need of some stress relief, when I can't even articulate what I need -- she is not only an extraordinary therapist, but superb at communication as well.
Cara did a great job addressing the areas we discussed that were giving me a hard time. She is very good about reading how I feel. Great experience. My visit prior to that, my only complaint would be that the table heat was not very hot. Otherwise, service has been great!
Breanna has a true technical understanding of the muscles and where the tension lies. She can feel the kinks and dies a gr8 job of getting the tightness out. When one technique isn't enough she tries another.
Caitline goes out of her way to make sure you get the most out of your massage. She is truly gifted in this area and it shows. She is always in a positive and cheeful mood which makes a huge difference for the pampering I receive. She truly is outstanding and it shows each time I see her. I am so grateful for her wonderful massages. I leave feeling great and happy each visit.
Breanna is an excellent massage therapist. She always checks that the pressure is ok for me. She has such a great technical understanding of how the body works and is able to always work out my muscle tightness. I come to ME twice monthly and she is amazing. I hope she is compensated well.
Bev always asks and feels what areas need work. She is pleasant and yet quiet if I need peace and quiet. YEAH on all counts.
