Been coming to this location for a few months now I originally use to go to the Cranston location bc I live down the street from there, but I make the trip to the providence location in particular. The staff is super sweet and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I've seen quite a few different massage therapists over the years but finally found one that I absolutely love! Word to everyone NEVER and when I say NEVER EVER sign a membership with Massage Envy they are a bunch of Theives they try to sweet talk you but it's all a scam if your not satisfied with their services they will not cancel your membership unless a Doctor gives a reason to cancel it. They don't give a shit they take money out of your account without your consent and then give you the run around with their shitty ass service don't ever waste your money. The staff are rude and inconsiderate!
My massage and facial were excellent! I recommend Jenna for massage and Gina for facial. As a mom of three, I'm grateful.

Best massage envy i have been to! I went to the attleboro location which was horrible and the lincoln location which was okay but this one is by far the best one! The staff are super friendly and accommodating and there was a nice spread of treats on a table they said i could help myself to. They turn the lights down more, have an intimate relaxation room with cucumber water to help yourself to and the place is beautiful looks like an actual spa.
