First, I will say that my massages have been great. Also, the front desk is friendly and helpful. Having said that, MANY of the voicemails I have left go unanswered. These are messages I've left saying I would like to make an appointment. This is just unacceptable in business and makes a terrible impression! I have a feeling that people assigned to the phones are NOT just sitting there and ignoring a ringing phone. I am guessing they are understaffed.
