DON"T USE MASSAGE ENVY!!! You let them take money out of your account for treatments but when you cancel your membership and don't use the balance right away they keep your money!! I lost about $100.00 What a CROCK! They love to take your money but won't return it! There's something wrong with that...

Bought a gift card for a friend on a Friday evening. Found out they didn’t want it. Tried to return it on Monday and was told they wouldn’t take it back. Doesn’t say anything on the receipt about returns. The employee told me it was on the gift card in the gift box inside the envelope. ....? How would I know that unless I opened the gift before I gave it to the person it was intended for. Policy needs to be displayed or on the receipt.. Poor display of customer service.

Today was my 1st time there .. think the Girl name was Rosie yes she told me a few time I’m bad with names .. But I ask for Deep and that what I got feels good .. wish I had know before the start could had got upgraded because sure would had payed for it .. But guess I should had ask it was a gift for my Daughter.. But the place is clean people very nice yes will go,again
