Horrible experience. Dont go here. They keep charging my card months after i went and I told them to stop im not coming back. They continued to call me names and all this other b.s. now i need to write a bad review. Horrible customer service. Stay away from here
I tried cancelling after almost 2 years and I was still given the run around - with lets try the "FREEZE" I had a few accumulated hours and I was told I couldn't use them unless I was an active member at which time that involved paying another month. This is a load of crap they have Subpar therapists and the few highly qualified ones are always booked out and only work 2-3 days a week. I just had the best massage with Sandra! She greeted me with a warm smile and showed me to my room. She was so polite and sweet. When she returned after I had gotten comfortable the very first question she asked was if the headrest was in a comfortable position ! Oh my goodness. I had never been asked that before, I had always needed to tell my therapist to adjust it ! Her concern for my comfort throughout the massage was 100%. Beautiful, tranquil facility, great location, professional staff and amazing deep tissue Massage by Alex. Loved the Unwind aromatherapy fragrance and citrus water. Definitely on my return list!!!
I agree with Juan Pablo Durand. BEWARE. We were told we could cancel with advanced notice, but when they breached my privacy and insulted my Fiancé and we advised we wanted to cancel the last three sessions, the owner, Karen McLaughlin, said we are bound to our contract and she is WAY too busy to talk to us. DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN! Run...Run away. Find another massage business to use, I know of a couple that deserve the business.
I go once a month to see Katie for facial and feel better and better every time I come out
