Beware!! I canceled the monthly membership two years ago, Plymouth location, and they STILL keep trying to charge my bank account. Even after I’ve had my bank block their transactions for a year, they’re still trying. Reporting them for fraud now.
Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
Extremely rude front desk and general manager, David. Stay away from this one.
The therapist's are o.k. but the front desk and management are not good. Go somewhere that will treat you like a person not a number.
