I will be going back went my first time yesterday and it was the best....
Very disappointed! My daughter and I did hot stone massages. The rooms were freezing, fans were blowing right on us, one masseuse was coughing all over my darughter, although mine wasn't coughing it felt like I just had hot stones on me w very little massage. It was supposed to be 90 mins was only 60 mins but we're both ready for it to end anyway! Complete waste of $216!
Never coming back here again. I was told I would be charged 50$ per person. As I was going to leave they raised that to $90. Terrible business model. As a first time customer, this just showed me these are not people i want to do business with.
Went in yesterday for my first ever massage and it was a prenatal massage. I'm 34 wks pregnant with some major back pain. Heather was FANTASTIC, I'm still feeling great today! I'm going back in two weeks!

Called for an appointment at around noon. Tried to cancel it for change in weather condition and was told that they would take my 1.5 massage from me. I think it's absolutely absurd when u have inclement weather. I've had a bad massage here before so why I even scheduled one at this location is beyond me. Horrible customer service. Don't go here.
Decided to become a memeber. I absolutely love Char and she does a wonderful job! Definitely recommend her!
