Numerous times we came to check-in and the staff seemed confused on what to do with us. We once sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes because the therapist was waiting for our check in paper, which we never filled out upon arrival. Several therapists dug in to knots I had, even though I asked for lighter pressure or asked them to ease up. I was literally sore for days after. Even though everyone was really nice, after 5 bad experiences in a row we've switched to a different location.
Always a pleasant relaxing experience. Feeling great today!!!! �
